	About the Diary Recordings Since the late '70s and more extensively in the early '80s I've used loop based recording as a means of personal expression in a musical context, much like a diary. While there are gaps of several years, I have a vast collection of them. They vary enormously in quality, some beautiful, some unlistenable, irrespective of their value as mememtos. In almost all cases the works are extemporized. Later, when the recording devices allowed, I was able to solo over developing loops.
